Christopher M. HamiltonChristopher M. Hamilton has practiced law since 2005 and has experience in a number of different practice areas, including real estate transactions, land use, and litigation.  Chris has represented developers and commercial land owners in a wide variety of real-estate related matters, including leases, loans, and purchase-and-sale transactions, as well as procurement and preservation of entitlements.  Additionally, a substantial portion of Chris’s current practice is devoted to litigation, including litigating complex commercial disputes and real estate litigation, in state and federal courts.

 

Chris graduated in 2005 from the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. In law school, he served on the Florida State University College of Law Review as a member of the Executive Board and as a published writer.  Previously, in 2002, he earned a degree in Business Management at the University of Florida.
